(Towing & Hookup) DO: Confirm your vehicle meets the tow requirements (2" receiver, 7-pin connector, adequate tongue weight). Walk around and fasten all catches, pins, and safety chains before pulling away. Plug in the 7-pin and test lights & trailer brakes at low speed. Level the trailer and chock the wheels before using slides or setting stabilizers. DON'T: Tow without a working brake controller in the tow vehicle. Exceed posted speed limits for trailers — keep speeds conservative (55–65 mph recommended). Disconnect safety chains or ignore a flashing trailer light. (Campsite Etiquette & Power) DO: Use the supplied surge protector/adapter (if provided) when connecting to shore power. Be mindful of generator hours and campground quiet times. Close the awning in wind, rain, or when driving. Conserve water and dump tanks only at official dump stations. DON'T: Plug into a 50A pedestal (the trailer is 30A only). Leave the slide/awning out during storms or while towing. Dump gray/black tanks outside of designated dump sites. (Cleanliness & Housekeeping) DO: Leave the RV in the same general condition you found it (remove trash). Report spills, stains, or appliance malfunctions right away. DON'T: Smoke inside the trailer (vaping included). Use oil or charcoal grills under the awning or within a few feet of the door. Leave food out overnight — critters love it. (Waste, Pets & Damage) DO: Bag and dispose of trash in campground receptacles. Report damage or accidents immediately — early notice avoids extra fees. DON'T: Flush non-biodegradable items or paper towels down the toilet. Attempt major repairs yourself—call the host first. (Arrival / Departure) DO: Arrive and depart within the agreed times; communicate delays ASAP. Return the keys and any provided equipment where or to whom instructed. DON'T: Abandon the RV without messaging the host if an emergency forces early departure.
