Renter is responsible for verifying their tow vehicle's towing capacity before the trip.
Weight distribution hitch must be used and properly adjusted at all times.
Maximum speed while towing: 65 mph.
No off-road use beyond maintained gravel/dirt roads without prior owner approval.
Slide-outs and awnings must be fully retracted before moving.
Campsite Setup
Always use wheel chocks and leveling blocks before unhitching.
Stabilizer jacks are for stability only — do not use them to level the trailer.
Do not exceed 30-amp service connection.
Utilities
Potable water hose is for fresh water only — never connect to non-potable sources.
Combined black and gray tanks must be emptied before return (unless convenience dumping add-on is selected at time of booking).
Do not put anything in the toilet except waste and RV-safe toilet paper.
No flushing wipes, paper towels, or feminine products.
Interior
No smoking inside the trailer — $250 cleaning fee if violated.
