This is currently in dispute through outdoorsy and once it is resolved I will happily update this reply with the outcome. The camper was very clean but it is also used... Carpets have been vacuumed and even shampooed but stains happen... it is a camper... I tried to work with you by offering to come by when you reached out to me to tell me about your allergy issue despite the fact that the camper is pet friendly and you asked me to bring your golden retriever with you... You refused and decided to check out early despite my attempt to come by and correct the issue... when I did come by after I was asked by Disney to remove the camper since you checked out early I took a video of the camper in the condition it was in and there were no smells that you describe or any issues. The "personal items" were there for your convenience that I include for renters such as ROKU tv, lanterns, utensils, sheets and more. The white stained sheet you took a picture of was under the sheet and it is an antimicrobial mattress cover for your protection which was washed but has been stained by other kids however that is an added layer of protection for you due to COVID... If there were any of my kids clothes it was because they got mixed in the laundry when I washed fresh sheets for you... I'll also add that you have been rude and unreasonable throughout this process.... so owners beware... do not rent to this woman. You went with me because I was pet friendly and had 5 star reviews and you also almost had to cancel and reached out to me to work with you and I said I would be even more flexible than what was required of me because I wanted to ensure you had a great time... unbelievable!
