If you're looking for an RV that's nimble, easy-to-drive, and small enough to park in any regular parking space and with all the comforts of a larger motorhome, look no further... our Coach House van is it! Within a Dodge 3500 van framework, Coach House has designed and built an RV that has everything you need for a weekend get-a-way or a cross-country adventure. Our unit is fully self-contained. With a built-in generator; three batteries, and a 30 lb propane tank, you can vacation off-the-grid.... Or, you can opt to hook-up at any available public or private campsite .... no restrictions with an RV this size! This unit has a full-size sofa that converts to two beds or to one king-size bed. It is ideal for a couple (or maybe a couple with one or two small children). However, for an additional fee, we have a tent and/or a pop-up trailer that can comfortably sleep 2, giving you a total sleeping capacity of 4 - 5. With this optional arrangement, you can set up camp with the tent or pop-up and then explore the surrounding area with the van.... without worry about where or how to park it (like you would with a larger motorhome). This way, your family can spend time enjoying a trip you'll treasure forever. Our Coach House has many features including the following:--Full bathroom, including toilet, sink, and shower.
--Galley includes a 3-way fridge (110v, 12v, LP gas), stove, hood fan and light, sink, built-in coffee maker and microwave.
--Hot and cold running water.
--Large fresh-water and waste-water holding tanks (24 gal fresh, 24 gals grey, and 15 gals black tanks)
--Plenty of storage including a main closet and slide-out pantry.
--Two air conditioners: one cab A/C and one roof-top A/C.
--16,000 BTU LP furnace
--TV, DVD, CD, sound system
--12-foot awning
--Hitch (should you want to tow a small pop-up trailer for additional storage and sleeping capacity).

Well, it’s simple, we love experiencing amazing trips and adventure. Greetings! I’m Jay Fernandez and I’ve been enjoying the outdoors, camping in tents and RVs for over 50 years … practically all my life. I’ve experienced many fun times…. weekend adventures as a Boy Scout at local campgrounds, week-long camping vacations while employed at an 8-to-5, and month-long drives across the country, when I finally had the flexibility, running my own business. My longest adventure was one I’d like to repeat again. We were fortunate to be able to take a 6-month long trip and drive our SUV from Cleveland, Ohio through Mexico and Central America, on our way to South America. We experienced Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama in a unique and wonderful way. It was truly an amazing experience. We weren’t stuck in a resort with the normal tourist crowd. We were able to enjoy each country and culture in a way most tourists never experience. In Panama, we were strongly persuaded not to continue our drive south. At that time, it was too risky to go through Colombia (drug cartels and guerrillas). So, we put the SUV on a ship and met it in Buenos Aires. There began the second part of that amazing adventure through South America. I tell you this story because it’s the reason I want to share our RVs with folks like you. We’ve met many people who loved hearing about our amazing adventures and wished they could have some as well. But they didn’t know how to plan for it; or they didn’t have the equipment; or they didn’t have the budget. So, here we are... we're happy to assist you on your way to an amazing adventure. Renting our RVs gives us the opportunity to share our passion for travel and outdoor recreational activities with others. So, whether you’re interested in a zip line adventure at Hocking Hills State Park, geyser-watching at Yellowstone National Park, or camping in a rain-forest near the Iguazu Falls on the border of Paraguay and Brazil, we can help you experience that. It doesn’t matter if you have a weekend or a year, or if you like it mild or wild, let us know and we can help you experience an amazing time. That’s what makes us different than renting from the commercial RV rental places. We don’t have a parking lot full of generic RVs to rent. We have recreational vehicles that are specifically selected by us for unique, wonderful adventures. We enjoy the RVs we have, and so will you. Please don’t hesitate to contact me directly. Sure, I would love to have you take a trip with our RV…. but whether you rent from us or not, there are few things I’d rather do than help create lifetime memories. Let’s do it. Happy trails! Jay
