Soft-close drawers, dimmable lights, and ample USB plugs for charging your battery-powered devices. Not put together with staples like so many other RVs. Owners have enjoyed its two living areas - the front consists of a TV, dinette table and two chairs, plus the ability to swivel the front seats around so you can entertain another couple. The rear lounge has a couch with foot rests and TV. The lounge doubles as the sleeping area when the Murphy bed is let down. Separate shower room and WC with macerator toilet and sink. The galley features a gas cooktop range, combination microwave/convection oven, 3-way (electric, battery, propane fired) refrigerator w/separate freezer, lagun table, and large, deep sink. Many windows and two skylights bring the sun into every corner of the rv. If the sun is particularly hot, there are shades for all the windows and skylights, including the cab windows. Air conditioning has kept the owners wonderfully cool when needed, two Fantastic fans draws in fresh air on cooler days/nights. Ample storage for your personal belongings. Plugs into 30-amp power but can boondock connected to a 20-amp outlet. Emptying the tanks is a breeze with the fully enclosed/attached macerator pump. If the weather gets a bit chilly in the park, run the heat pump, or if dry camping, run the furnace. All the openable windows are covered with no-see-um mesh screens. Gas-powered rig (and generator) has been averaging 15+ mpg. Double water filtration provided. EMS protected so your trip won't be cut short due to a power surge.What's includedIncluded: fresh linens and bedding provided (helpful if you are flying in to check out the LTV experience). This RV is only available in Texas during the months of January and February. It will be transported up to Boston, MA for rent there from April thru September.
