This beautiful 2021 North Trail ,24-foot bunkhouse camper, is the perfect size for a small family getaway. It features a King-Sized bed, a slide-out with a U-shaped dinette that converts into a double bed, and a cozy bunk bed. Also includes a fireplace, Air conditioning, gas heat, spacious counter top with sink, microwave, stove, refrigerator, gas/electric water heater, full bath with shower and bathtub, pantry/storage cabinet, storage cabinets above and below dining area, storage above kitchen sink and master bed. Outdoor kitchen with small refrigerator and sink, separate gas grill-top, electric awning with LED lights, outdoor shower, Large front storage compartment, electric tounge jack, and electric stabilizer jacks for front and back.*A manual of instructions is included with the rental as well as a packing list.*This is for family-friendly camping. No smoking, vaping, or pets inside the camper*Please have a drivers license of all qualified drivers ready. (We will take a picture for security purposes)*We clean and sanitize the camper between each rental, however, cleaning supplies are in the camper. Renters are responsible for basic cleaning prior to dropping it off. If the camper is returned dirty, and takes more than an hour to clean, we will keep a portion of your deposit.*Absolutely NO toilet paper or personal hygiene products to be flushed down the toilet. (A garbage can with a lid will be provided in the bathroom)*Gray/Black water tanks must be flushed Prior to return. (Don't worry we will show you how)*Upon return, we will conduct a thorough walkthrough and then release the security deposit (less any damage charges if applicable)What's includedWhat's Included:
