If you are towing. THE TOW VEHICLE MUST HAVE A TRAILER BRAKE CONTROLLER, 7-PIN ROUND TRAILER PLUG AT REAR OF VEHICLE when picking up. If it does not, since we are a dealership, you can purchase one from us, in most cases, we can install it, as long as the installation is scheduled at least 10 days prior to pick up. If you arrive for pick up without this you will lose FEES WITH EXCEPTION OF DEPOSIT.
Only the listed insured renter is allowed to tow our trailers
NO smoking or vaping inside the Trailer.
Pets are allowed. However, any damage caused by animal soiling will constitute a 100% forfeiture of your deposit. If your pet sheds you must clean the unit thoroughly.

DO NOT HAUL TRAILER DOWN PRIMITIVE TWO TRACK ROADS. ALLOWED IN CAMPGROUNDS AND OR PRIVATE PROPERTY ONLY.
IF THE RENTAL IS RETURNED WITHOUT THE BLACK TANK EMPTY. THERE WILL BE A $40.00 DEDUCTION FROM YOUR DEPOSIT.
