2019 Ford Transit
Our 2019 Ford Transit (CeCe) is a self-converted camper van ready to take your family anywhere from the sweeping mountain vistas of Yosemite to the picturesque beaches of Monterey!Whether you’re headed through the Grapevine or the Sierras, CeCe is well-suited for the winding mountain roads that surround the Central Valley, especially for any renters who may not be experienced with handling larger vehicles like Class A/B RVs or trailers. The ceiling vent Maxxx-Air fan ensures that you’ll be able to keep the van at your preferred temperature, even when the van isn’t running. Even better, with two 100W solar panels and the ability to charge the battery while driving, renters won’t have to worry about the power needed to supply all of those features! Coupled with 21-gallon freshwater and 7-gallon gray water tanks, renters should be able to go for up to 3-4 days without needing to find a hookup, enough time for weekend renters to have a worry-free excursion. What's includedWhether you're planning to hike around Yosemite or spend some time by the lake, we want you to be able to focus on savoring your trip, not on worrying about what you need to bring. We are a family of 4 who enjoys the scenic drives while visiting picturesque National/State Parks, beaches, and campgrounds. We mostly go to the beach/coast whenever we have a chance just to unwind and relax. These days no trip is complete without visiting a dog beach for our Toy/Mini poodle Peanut. One of our kids, the eldest, goes to UCSD so we have been frequenting Southern California a lot recently. Our favorite past time with Cece is to just hang out in Santa Cruz with the van parked by the water, watching pedestrians pass by, cheer on surfers catching waves, going for a stroll/run on W Cliff Dr, taking Peanut to nearby Its Dog Beach and just relaxing all day long.

A great van with all of the essentials! My fiancee and I had the best time visiting Yosemite and camping in the park with this van. The propane grill and sinks along with the fridge were lifesavers! Sleeping was also comfortable with the ceiling fan circulating air. It also drove great going up and down those windy roads!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Please don't hesitate to call and ask to arrange for special circumstances on a case by case basis.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
There is no hook up for electric, water or sewage. But, there is a water-fill if you run out of water. Extension cable can be ran into the van to plug the battery charger while on-site. Van comes with a cassette toilet that can be manually dumped into sewage when full.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The van is most fuel efficient if driven on highway between 65-70 mph. It drives just like any normal SUV and can fit in normal parking spaces. Use the back-up camera when parking or backing up from spots.
