5.0Our first time renting an RV and upon our arrival Sean was very thorough with explaining all the ins and outs of operating and maintaining the RV. This continued throughout our trip when we had a question, Sean always had a timely response. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning, hear, fridge, freezer, stove and oven all worked very well. The storage drawers and cabinets were plenty. I did need knives to cut vegetables, and other food I prepared. I borrowed from another camper. The RV handled a lot of driving, steep roads into National Parks very well.
