* a u-shaped banquet (that converts to a bed) that can comfortably fit 4-5 adults or 2 adults and 4 kids
* a plush loveseat couch that converts to a bed
* a fireplace that gives off heat, with a tv, stereo above it
* two full size bunks beds with curtains
* a bathroom with shower/bath, toilet, sink, and storage
* a separate bedroom at the front with an upgraded full-sized queen Douglas mattress, two hanging closets, and lots of extra storage above and below the bed
* an outdoor kitchen with grill, mini bar fridge, sink, and outdoor speakers
* an outdoor shower with cold and hot water
