This is a custom campervan, complete with everything you need for a solar-powered off-grid adventure! There is no need for fancy campgrounds with this off-grid #vanlife rig. It is equipped with a stylish interior, large memory foam bed, solar power, kitchen, fridge/freezer, roof fan, heater, toilet, and tons of gear storage. This van is large enough to be plenty comfortable, but still easy to drive while also getting you 18-20mpg.
The van is equipped with:
Solar Power - 4x100W panels, 150ah of usable battery storage, 2000W pure sine AC inverter; battery charges from solar, or from the alternator while driving. Shore power is available too (via home outlet or 30A campground plug)
Fridge/Freezer - Dometic 65 quart dual zone fridge & freezer
Kitchen Sink w/ electric pump - 10 gal water supply, 14 gal grey water tank
Stove - Camp Chef Everest 2 burner; uses 1lb propane bottles
Huge countertops for meal prep
Roof Fan - Remote controlled MaxxAir Fan; works in the rain!
Screened RV windows for extra air flow w/ blackout blinds
Heater - Espar D2 - 5000 BTU - runs on main diesel tank
Toilet - Dometic 5 gallon pullout toilet
Bed - Super plush memory foam. Sleeps 2 (nearly king width). Switches between 2 couches and 1 bed.
Tons of overhead & under-bed storage! (Closet too) Can easily store climbing crash pads inside, and even 2 bikes in the back
Long roof box for extra gear (perfect for skis/snowboards) - can remove to store a kayak etc. instead. Accessed with included ladder
6ft interior height - no crouching for most people!
All Terrain tires (snow rated)

What's includedOther things included (not listed in description):
1lb of propane, 4 rolls of Toilet paper, 10 gallons of fresh water, essential cookware/dishes/silverware, bed sheet, toilet deodorizer, general cleaning supplies, and camper van user manual.

RecommendationsOur favorite park to visit in the van is the New River Gorge National Park in West Virginia (a little under 4 hours from Columbus). The New River Gorge and Summersville Lake offer so many activities such as hiking, white water rafting, boating, rock climbing, mountain biking, and plenty of site seeing. We recommend staying at Battle Run Campground at Summersville Lake. It is a great option that offers level spots, a full bath house, a beach, and access to the lake. If you're looking to stay closer to Fayetteville (New River Gorge instead of Summersville Lake), Arrowhead Bike Farm is a fun campground that has a bar/restaurant, access to mountain biking trails, and even a dirt pump track. There are plenty of other campgrounds not listed that should be suitable with a little bit of research. Other things to noteFees and Rules:
-I typically don't allow trips where the destination is >6 hours away.
-No smoking or vaping
-No pets.
-No off-roading. This van is large, heavy, and only 2WD. Don't go down a steep gravel/dirt road into the woods, and expect to get back out (e.g. PMRP at the Red River Gorge).
-The van is almost 11ft tall. Beware of parking garages, restaurant drive-throughs, and low bridges.
-Delivery available upon request within 30 miles (see pricing).
-100 miles of driving included per day (a one night rental is considered 1 day). All miles (tallied after trip) on top of (100) X (# of days) will be charged 0.35 per mile. For example, a 4 day rental gets 400 miles. If you drive 500 miles total by the end of your trip, you pay (500-100*4)*0.35 = $35. Formula: (Total trip Miles - 100 * Trip Nights)*0.35. Subject to sales tax and 2.95% processing fee. Mileage will be paid upon return using the security deposit.
-I can empty the toilet for you after return for an additional fee (see add-ons).
-Use the included clean bed sheet to cover the mattress while sleeping. Pillows and blankets can be included for an additional fee (see add-ons).
-Add-ons/fees subject to sales tax. Over-mileage fees and any other fees/add-ons paid upon return are subject to sales tax and a 2.95% processing fee. Fees, add-ons, sales tax, and the processing fee will be paid for by the security deposit and the remainder will be returned to you. Estimate your mileage so we can adjust the security deposit appropriately before booking.
Notes and Reminders:
-The van runs on DIESEL. Filling it with gasoline will permanently damage the engine.
-The fuel tank needs to be at least 25% full for the RV heater to work. This ensures you do not run the fuel out entirely with the heater and leave yourself stranded.
-Secure the fridge, water tank, grey tank, drawers, and anything else while driving.
-The van has a speed limiter set to 75mph
Things to do before return:
-Refuel the diesel tank to the departure amount (if not done, see fee under add-ons)
-Have the interior reasonably clean
-Dispose of trash
-Dump toilet and grey water (unless you paid for me to do it). Dump stations are usually at campgrounds and included with the camping fee. Some Pilot/Flying J truck stops have a dump station for $10 (search online).
