- Prep fee: $69.00. This is an Anderson hitch rental fee. It can be waived at pick up, if you bring a hitch and it properly lines up with the travel trailer.

Overall I had a positive experience with the company. Paul who did the walk thru with the unit was pleasant and great to work with. His counterpart Sara needs a major lesson in customer service she is cold, not friendly at all and has the personality of a pissed off badger. I would question renting from there again due to my experience with Sara alone.
