Driving a van (Class B) vs a bigger (Class A or C) RV is easier and more economic. This van’s fuel efficiency is approximately 16 mpg, making it friendly on the wallet to take on those longer trips. Ruby is very easy to drive and not intimidating to someone without RV-operating experience. The safety features make driving a breeze with visual and audible alerts when objects or other vehicles are close.Another feature in the RV is well-designed seating. The four seats are all legal seats with seatbelts, which is rare to find in Class B. This is perfect for a small family traveling together. A pull-out table is stored behind the two passenger seats and the cab-seats rotate for easy dining or games together. Ruby also comes with an extra 18 inches of storage space in the back for bikes, kayaks, fishing poles, and other camping essentials.The kitchen contains a 2-burner propane stove, a mini-refrigerator with freezer, sink, and plenty of cabinet space to store your groceries during the trip.Want to enjoy the breeze at your campsite? Open the doors and breathe in the fresh air. The side door and back door are fully screened to let in the air but keep out those pesky bugs. The back doors open, and a privacy curtain can pull across for outdoor rinse-offs after a day of adventure. There is a stand-up shower inside the van as well.Unlike some camper vans, Ruby has an AC unit and a generator. The AC is a highly desirable luxury keeping cool and ensuring quality sleep on those warm summer nights. With a queen-size murphy bed in the back and a full-size bed in the pop-up loft, everyone can sleep comfortably.What's includedRuby is the perfect size for a couple or a small family. We had a fantastic time renting Ruby! This van is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect trip. As a taller fella, I especially appreciated being able to fully stretch-out on the bed. Great RV and experience. Had a few hiccups on the way but Mark was very easy to reach and talk through the hiccups. The kids loved the upper bunk area as it became their cave. Great memories for our spring break experience!

Is there a place that can leave my car when I pick up the RV?

Yes, there is on street parking in front of my house. You are welcome to leave your vehicle during your trip. There is a sign on my street that says 2 hour parking only unless you have a permit. It's not a valid sign. My family has lived on the street for 25 years and no parking permits have ever been issued.
