Grand Design is the top-of-the-line travel trailer. Once you see one you know why. This newer luxurious trailer has bowed ceiling for more head room, a couch with theater style seating that massage, are heated, and recline. 40 '' TV with a swivel mount. Dinette folds down for additional sleeping. Bathroom has large shower and a nice sink vanity area with plenty of storage. Private bedroom with exterior entrance/exit and door into bathroom. Ambience lighting above bed and each side has a niche with outlets including usb's. Lots and lots of storage throughout camper. Generator available for rent. Large capacity holding tanks. Outdoor lighting. Camper is stocked with almost everything you need except yourself. We can deliver and set up at your reserved site for a delivery fee. What's includedBlackstone griddle, outdoor rug, pie iron, cooking utensils, skillets, pans, toaster, silverware, dishes, cups, etc. Bed freshly made (cleaned after each rental) with extra sheets/blankets in storage cabinet. Towels for showering. you will need to bring your soap and shampoo. RecommendationsEnjoy the many state park campgrounds including Proud Lake, Lumberman's, Ludington, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Big Knob in the UP (rustic). Other things to notePlease clean up after yourselves, returning to us as close to how you picked it up. All towels put into shower and empty out refrigerator/freezer and take out trash. There is a solar panel, AC does not run off of this, you will need electric hookup or generator. No smoking inside of trailer.

Great RV, great host. Ideal for 2 adults. The kids had to sleep on the converted table bed. Everything was clean and pick up and drop off were flexible.
