Mercedes Sprinter | High Roof

Overall this was a great way to travel but I'm giving 3 stars due to the condition of the van. The van was well stocked, even more than what's listed, it was reliable, and easy to do the pick up and drop off. To have a sink, refrigeration, and stove top were great and it was easy to figure out how to operate everything even as a first timer. All that being said, it's no longer the condition that you see in the photos due to wear and tear. Cabinet doors are off of hinges, handles off of doors and the windshield was SEVERELY cracked and chipped. I'm talking a crack down the middle, running across the top and across the bottom, a couple random cracks and 5-6 chips. It was rather offensive and unsafe to receive it this way. The loft bed is just a tad difficult to get up and down from, and the bed is comfy but doesn't fit a 6' person any way but diagonally. Overall good experience but a few insights to note about this particular van.

Aaron was very helpful in answering all questions about the van. The vehicle was in very good functioning state, clean and as described on the site. The only suggestion is to add the size of the bed in the description so taller ppl can plan accordingly.
