Family friendly! Sorry no pets, no smoking or partying aloud inside of the trailer. Can sleep up to 6 people, but 4 comfortably (one queen size bed, two single bunks, table converts to bed). Sheets/pillow cases/pillows will be supplied, but you will need to bring your own sleeping bags/comforters/towels. If you would like towels/quilts/blankets supplied it is an add on fee of $20.00 to cover laundering costs. Fully stocked with pots/pans/dishes/kitchen essentials. Includes 2 adult camping chairs, tables, big outdoor mat and a outdoor two burner camping stove (you must bring your own propane tanks for outdoor stove, adapters for both propane or butane). Great layout, fits a family very comfortably. Can be towed with a mid sized truck or SUV. Please make sure your vehicle can tow this trailer, check your owners manual, do what you got to do to make sure it will be safe to tow this trailer with your vehicle.

Drop off/set up/pick up of the trailer, I will consider offering these services for renters renting for 5 days or more or if less then 5 days, we could chat via messaging, to see if it could work or not (location depending as well). I have a full time work schedule to work around, so may not be able to accommodate all requests. Add on pricing for drop off/set up/pick up depends on the location.

Add-Ons:
$50.00 to $125.00 if you don't want to deal with the sewage/grey water at the end of the trip, you can return with full tanks and I will empty. But you are more then welcome to go to a dump/sani station yourself to the save the money and my time :). We can discuss pricing if the sani/dump station is on site or close by.
