2022 Jayco features an indoor and outdoor shower, retractable awning with LED lighting, an enclosed underbelly, two televisions, a solar power package, and a modern farmhouse. Fully equipped with a queen-size bed, two bunk beds, stove, microwave, AC and heater, furnace, and water heater. Propane unit 40 lbs. Three outside storage compartments. Unloaded vehicle weight 4,580 lbs. Cargo carrying capacity of 1,420 lbs. Exterior height 9'10, exterior width 8', interior height 6'9, awning length 16'0.
Gray and black tanks must be emptied before the return. If not, a fee of $200 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Renters are responsible for all damages that occur to the trailer. The deposit will be held until the travel trailer is thoroughly inspected upon return. We do not provide pots, pans and any cooking utensils.

I rented Belinda’s travel trailer for Labor day long weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, she was extremely responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions—even while we were on our trip. The trailer itself was super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, which made our getaway stress-free and enjoyable. Belinda was also very accommodating with both pickup and drop-off times, which made everything so much easier to plan around. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. I would absolutely rent from her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free rental experience
