Welcome to Highland Ridge Retreat. A rare destination located just minutes from beautiful Shawnigan Lake, British Columbia. Come stay in this tastefully renovated Terry Penthouse Fifth Wheel on a private, fully serviced, site (power, water, sewer). Fifth wheel is blocked and permanently placed.All the comforts of home await, including a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, Keurig or French press for morning coffee, large fridge with freezer, toaster, and all expected cooking utensils and dishes. A barbecue is also provided for those who prefer the grill. A comfortable and luxurious queen bed is found in the bedroom while the couch in the living room folds down into a double bed (comfy for one adult or two little ones). The fully equipped bathroom boasts an RV sized tub and shower with a built-in seat, helping make it easy to wash off the leftover sand from the beach. Clean, soft towels and linens are provided, including two beach towels.The site is located on the front of our acreage and is surrounded by trees and greenery. A pond separates the site from our main house, allowing it to be very private. There is an outside seating area with an umbrella, a picnic table and a fire pit that gives plenty of space while enjoying and relaxing outside. The landscape lighting will ensure you are not left in the dark and is remote controlled so you can turn them off to enjoy the beautiful star filled sky at night. There is room for one vehicle, however for an extra fee, we can accommodate a second vehicle, boat or other recreational vehicles.Inside the trailer you will find comfortable luxury. Throw blankets to curl up with while watching a Netflix special, or to snuggle in while reading your favourite book.What's includedLinens (including extra blankets)
