Because this Intent Class A motorhome comes with a king-size bed in the rear private bedroom, a Studio-Loft Bed over the cab, it can sleep six people comfortably during any adventure you take. It does also have a table bed, and reclining couch and dining table that can be transferred to a bed. This makes it a wonderful addition for those with large families, and the full-wall slides gives everyone space to move about freely and enjoy the many indulgent amenities. It features 3 TVs, including an outdoor tailgating station! 1.5 bath, fireplace, convection oven, microwave, full refrigerator and double sink.
Motorhome has auto-leveling jacks, rear and side-view cameras, and we include many of the accessories you would need, such as fresh water and sewage hoses and a power converter.
To keep our motor-home allergen-free, no pets are allowed or smoking.

Absolutely NO smoking/vaping/e-cigs or pets inside the vehicle. A violation of this policy will result in the full forfeiture of your deposit to cover the cost of odor removal and cleaning the vehicle. If excessive cleaning is required, the cost of professional cleaning of interior and exterior may be deducted from the security deposit.
The RV will be handed off to you with a full tank of fuel, propane, and full freshwater tank, as well as empty grey and black water tanks.
WASTE TANKS
We would appreciate if the tanks were dumped before you return the coach, but we know this is not always possible. We understand that you may "forget" to dump the tanks, therefore we will do it for you for a $800 charge.

Please be sure to top of the gas tank with unleaded fuel and refill the propane tanks before returning the coach to us. If you forget, we will, unfortunately, need to charge you for us to fill them up. We will charge $560 to refill the gas tank ($7 per gallon x 80-gallon capacity) and $120 to refill the propane.
RETURN
Our scheduled return time is 3pm. There will be a $150 per hour late fee for each hour past that without prior agreement. Additionally, there will be a $950 per night late fee for each day past the return date, starting at 5pm.
