Totally Glamped Popup that Sleeps Nine

Folding trailerCypress, TX
Sleeps 9
21 ft. long
Pet friendly

She's a lovely 2001 Coleman Utah that is about twenty-one (21) feet closed up and twenty-six when opened. You'll have two slide out camper-queen beds that sleep three each, a folding couch that sleeps one, and the slide-out dinette converts into a camper-full rated for two.Aside from the fantastically retro & whimsical interior that has new exotic wood design flooring and vibrant tropical colors, you'll also enjoy the refrigerator (AC/Propane), Water Heater (propane), running water, (outside) shower adapter, and two propane stovetops (1 internal / 1 external). Also included are an AC space heater and Keurig Coffee maker. The air conditioning is able to keep you cool during those warm days and the heavy canvas keeps you dry in the rain.
The camper comes with 2 propane tanks, a heavy duty drill for easy popups and teardowns, and an assortment of accessories / supplies that will help you along your trip. Also included is fresh and grey water lines along with 50AMP electrical line.
We've trailered this all over the place - from Houston to Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and Austin. it's a very comfortable and roomy ride. The trailer is pretty heavy, and it has electric brakes which we really recommend using via a brake controller (not supplied). As such, it also has the large 'round' style wiring harness.
Get ready for some great memories!
1/8/2018 Update: We've just completed a number of additional updates. We've replaced the coupler with a new 'bulldog' style that is compatible with any 2" receiver ball and is nearly fool-proof in securing the trailer to your vehicle. We've also added a powered jackstand with a built-in light to make setup even easier. Lastly, we've replaced the tires, and added a space heater and Keurig coffee maker as no-cost amenities.

After forty {ehem} years in the north, in the snow capital of New York it was time to thaw out so I packed up my family and moved to Texas. One of the first things I did was to buy this camper because we all share a sense of adventure and want to experience as much as the world has to offer. I spent several months remodeling it and then started our adventures and I absolutely love this camper. Once I learned about outdoorsy I figured it would be a cool way to make the great-outdoors accessible to those who might not otherwise be able to enjoy it.

Rules and policies

  • Pet friendly
  • Smoking allowed
  • No music festivals
  • No tailgating
  • Mileage: 100 free miles / day
BOONDOCKING: While this camper does have a fresh water holding tank, the camper is mostly AC. DC batteries are not included so if you plan on camping with no hookups please know that you will do so without electricity aside from that of your own vehicle.
CLEANING: We do everything possible to make certain our camper is ready for your adventure and ask that you return it clean. We understand weather, beach, and parks make it difficult sometimes, but please do your best. Excessively dirt/debris will result in a service fee no less than $45.00.
LINENS: Bring your own linens. We find that jersey style FULL sheets fit the camper-queens very well, and the other beds work well with TWIN. If you plan on using all of the available beds you will need 2 sets of FULL and two sets of TWIN.
WATER: The holding tank must be drained upon return. All water lines must be drained. Failure to return the holding tank and/or water lines drained will result in a $15.00 service fee.
PROPANE: tanks should be returned FULL and valves must be in the CLOSED position, however if you would like us to refill them for you upon your return, select the option fee depending on how much fuel you expect to use. Generally, unless you're cooking like crazy, one tank should last you about a week. Bringing any of the tanks back less than full will result in a charge against your security deposit of $50.00 per non-full tank.
