Pets 20 lbs and under are welcome. There is a $100.00 non-refundable pet deposit per pet and owners are responsible for any damages or pet odors. $50 Dump fee if Black & Grey tanks not dumped and clean. $25 fuel fee plus cost to refill fuel tank if not returned full. No climbing on outside ladder for any reason. No roof access for any reason. If there is evidence of any type of roof disturbance or damage, minimum $350 of the security deposit will be forfeited and the cost of repairing any damage will be passed on to the renter. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or around the RV at anytime. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee to extract the smell. No towing is allowed. Any evidence of towing will result in a $500 fee. The RV is not allowed off road. The only exception is entering and exiting an RV park. No festivals RV must be returned clean inside and out. We do offer full service cleaning inside & out that includes dumping the tanks. The charge is $275.00 minimum, but can increase due to excessive uncleanliness. All outside vents and doors must be closed and locked prior to moving the RV. All indoor compartments/doors and loose items must be secure prior to moving the RV. Stabilizer arms must be in the full raised position prior to moving the RV. All included amenities must be returned with the RV or the renter will forfeit the cost of replacement out of the security deposit. Awning should be closed if there's any chance of winds higher than 10mph. The awning should be closed overnight and also if the renter is away from the RV. The renter is responsible for any damages to the awning. Extended rentals beyond the agreed timeframe must be approved by the owner. We offer a delivery service within a 50 mile radius of Cypress TX for a fee of $100.00. This is at the owner's discretion and must be approved ahead of time.
