Enjoy the comforts of home sweet home anywhere you choose to be. Please note, the bedroom bed size is an rv short queen.We are a pet friendly family and therefore it is only fitting for our camper to welcome your furry family members along for the trip.Enjoy your time outside with outdoor outlets and speakers that you can use both inside and out via Bluetooth and aux cord. This camper is so up to date with the latest technology, we can’t wait to show you everything!This trailer is equipped with a four season package so you can escape the Florida heat and relax comfortably. The TWO (yes two!!) air conditioners provide the coolest air you’ll find in a camper. These air conditioners kept our camper a wonderful 70 degrees while outside it felt 115!The outdoor pass through storage along the back and front of the camper allows for extra space for all the personal belongings you want to bring but didn’t think you’d have room for.This camper is ideal for a family getaway, a couple wanting to relax in a larger space, a group of friends, and so many more.We welcome all walks of life to come and book with us!Wanting to dip your toes into what it’s like to live full time in a camper? I will be happy to provide you with a list via messenger. Anything you do while staying in our travel trailer in beautiful Florida will leave you with life long memories.Not into camping but want to explore the other sides of Florida? Staying in our camper would be a peaceful glamping experience with no bugs or outdoors required. We can recommend so many fun activities for families or adults only! This trailer will be throughly cleaned and sanitized prior to usage but I still want to disclaimer this again to ensure that there is understanding that pets have occupied this camper.Smoking-
NO smoking cigarettes or any tobacco products in our RV. Thank you for your understanding. If we find evidence of cigarettes smoked in our rv your entire security deposit will be used to clean the rv.Awning-
Please do not roll out the awning. The awning is easily damaged in cases of wind and rain and expensive to fix.Propane-
Renters are responsible for filling up your own propane. You are welcome to use whatever is left in the tanks. If you would like for us to refill tanks for you before your trip please message us so we can discuss.Park Rules-
It is your responsibility prior to booking with us to research the campgrounds and campsite! We ask that you are entirely sure of all park rules and amenities before booking with us.Dumping, Black Tank, Sewer-
Please do not use any other toilet paper in the toilet other than RV safe toilet paper. We will provide two rolls complimentary. We can offer additional rolls (see add ons)!If you would like to use your own toilet paper we will provide a small trash can and bags in the bathroom for your convenience. We ask that no other toilet paper is put into the toilet to avoid any clogs!If there is a black tank clog there will be a fee of $100.If you are at a site with no sewer we offer to dump and clean the sewer tank at pick up for an additional fee (see add ons) or the option for you to dump yourself! If the tank isn’t dumped or isn’t dumped and cleaned correctly and fully the dump fee will be taken from your security deposit.

Hello all! My name is Sammy. I am a wife, mother of four, and full time rv-er! We started our journey in our 2022 KZ in 2023 when we sold our house in the mountains of East Tennessee to move to Florida where we were both raised. We are now full time living in our new destination trailer and want to let the world experience the camper that made us realize that anywhere can be home so that is why we started offering rentals of our KZ Connect.
I’m a home school mom, soap and candle maker, nature loving person! My husband and I love to explore and adventure. We are animal lovers with cats and dogs of our own.
We love to travel, so far our favorite place was Washington State. After our visit there and a longing to return, I began researching campers and full time living. Almost two years later here we are and we are loving every minute of it!! Reach out to me with any questions, I am always happy to help.
