This is a new 2022 model that was bought from the dealer at the end of 2023. Excellent condition! Each bunk could sleep 2 kids, making maximum capacity 8 but more comfortable at 6. Must have a truck that can haul over 5000 pounds and be willing to use our brake controller (easy plug in with bluetooth control) IF you do not have your own. 7 pin plug in required. RV must be on paved or established roads/campgrounds. What's includedCoffee maker and some kitchen utensils will be provided. Bring your own sheets, pillows, towels and toiletries. RecommendationsWe do not have a limit for how far the RV can travel as long as it remains in the US. If planning a mountain getaway, a heavy duty truck is necessary. Other things to noteNo smoking and no pets. Any used dishes must be put in the sink. Black and gray water tanks must be emptied before returning.

The host Jennifer and her husband were great. They were there for pickup and return of the RV and answered all question. Our trip to Talladega Super Speedway was awesome and it started with renting our RV from Jennifer.
