1.0The RV did not meet the condition or quality that was advertised. The AC barely worked the entire weekend, and despite reporting the issue to Jesus, we were told it was simply “overworking itself and turns off sometimes.” That was not accurate — the AC consistently failed to function, and the RV remained extremely hot throughout our stay. I had to purchase a portable AC unit myself just to make the environment tolerable. Additionally, Jesus personally set up the RV awning for us. During a normal rainstorm, the awning snapped without anyone touching or misusing it. I am now being charged $400 for damage that appears to have resulted from a faulty or weakened awning to begin with. I cannot control weather conditions, and an awning attached to a rental RV should reasonably withstand ordinary rain. There were also several other issues throughout the stay. The kitchen tile is chipped and uneven, creating a tripping hazard that multiple members of my family encountered during the vacation. One of the room lights also would not turn off. Overall, the RV was far from “luxury,” and the listing description feels extremely misleading and inaccurate. To make matters worse, when I raised concerns about the $400 awning charge, Jesus refused to address the issue further and simply told me to “deal with Outdoorsy moving forward.” The entire experience was disappointing, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
