Thr trip was great. Trailer towed well behind a Nissian Frontier to the Grand Canyon and back. The issues began with the return. I'm not going to rehash everything, but no standard was ever communicated, either verbally or in writing of what was expected to be cleaned.(the exterior was brought up). In addition, there was some minor damage, more like a missing part. The situation has been resolved financially and I have no issue paying what I'm responsible for. The manner in which the host dealt with it was extremely unprofessional. I will not be using him again. This was my first ever booking with Outdoorsy and I may not use Outdoorsy again after this experience. Regardless, GCNP was an epic experience.

We are glad you had a great trip, and enjoyed our Sunset Seeker. Now for the return part… we gave you a free extra day because we agree you will clean it. To our surprise the RV was not only dirty, there are missing parts. The window latch is missing, so the outdoor glass is loose. No notification was done about this. We found it by ourselves upon inspection.
We had to cancel the next rental because of that.
Sometimes things fall apart with frequent use, like the bathroom towel holder, but there are parts that are essential to the functionality of the RV that should be notified as soon as they become damaged or missing.About cleaning, it is a rule that if a renter doesn’t want to clean the RV, this has to be agreed upfront so we can charge the cleaning fee.
Nonetheless, we agree to give you an extra day with no
charge, for you to have the time to clean it, so we don’t charge you the cleaning fee. This is not an ordinary concession, those who agree to clean the RV do so within the rental period.
But I’ve never seen it returned this dirty. There is not only food around, the walls are dirty. The counter is dirty, there are red stains in the wood topper. Something sticky must’ve spilled, and it’s all over the stair and also in the cabinet wall. The bathtub is dirty.
So you ended avoiding the cleaning fee, enjoying an extra day for free and leaving the RV very dirty, while alleging it was clean, except a few things.
I took pictures of everything, for the record.We are sorry you thought our communication was unprofessional, maybe it was affected by our surprise at seeing the RV in the conditions it was returned, while expecting the contrary, definitely a first for us. Our previous clients have never put us in this situation, our communication has always been outstanding, and returns have always been smooth. The reviews speak for themselves.
When the client agrees to clean the RV, they have to return the RV actually clean. This way the rental schedule is not disrupted.

We had an awesome trip! The turnover from Marco’s was flawless as was his tutorial and overall readiness of the travel trailer. Every detail of the trailer in new and perfect order. The trailer was perfect for us and we hope to take another trip in it soon. I highly recommend Joa and Marcos to host your rental.

The host was very communicative and easy to work with. The camper was in good condition with all the amenities wanted. This was a good camper to have with children. It was easy to tow with a Ford Explorer. The outdoor fridge is 120V only but super nice to have. Overall an excellent rental experience.

This camper is amazing. Small enough to still be maneuverable in traffic but large enough to sleep a family. The owners are very communicative and the camper is stocked with everything you need for a great experience!

I had never rented an RV before and was a bit worried about it. Marcos made everything so easy, I was so relieved. The RV was spotlessly clean and the trip was a huge success. I will definitely work with Marcos again for my next adventure. You should too!

Rental was clean and ready for use. Owner did communicate that fill sensors not working properly. Unable to tell when tanks where actually full. Unit showed 3/4 full even after dumping.
Other then that, it was great!

We enjoyed the experience. We went down to Dinosaur Valley State Park for a couple of day. The trailer was just the perfect size, it was clean, and we received a thorough explanation on how it operates. We would definitely use this trailer again.

My family had a wonderful time camping at Lake Ray Roberts (Isle Du Bois) for 3 nights. We also brought a small tent and there was more than enough room for our group of 5. Beds were comfortable, A/C and heater worked very well. Having the camper was the most helpful for late night bathroom needs and the refrigerator. The 4 included chairs and the hammock were comfortable, and the outdoor mat really helped keep our feet clean, plus it gave the little kids a big clean play space. The small outdoor fridge was my favorite part. We had it delivered & picked up, both were done on time and quickly. Owner was so nice. Loved everything about our experience and can’t wait to do it again!

Awesome little camper!!! We took this little Wolf Pup out to Palo Duro Canyon for a long weekend trip. The rig is very clean and it was the perfect size for a couple plus our two fur babies who shared the bottom bunk. We went in January so we needed to use the heat/furnace and it kept us nice and toasty. Highly recommend. Easy to tow, lightweight. Will absolutely consider renting this wolf pup again.
