You will absolutely love the spacious and luxurious interior of Aspen Farmhouse. It is truly a home away from home. It is perfect for a small family, larger family, couples, friends (girls trips would be amazing), great for visiting relatives during the holidays to have extra sleeping quarters, and much more .You’ll have a full kitchen with an oven, loads of storage, and more. Along with an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, outdoor speakers and a queen bed with one of the most comfortable mattresses you’ll ever find. What's includedKitchen: Pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, utensils, grilling utensils, paper towels, dish soap, measuring cups, strainer, ziploc bags, tubberware, trash bags, foil, small coffee maker, plus a full oven, microwave, farmhouse sink, and large pantry space.Beds: Linens provided such as sheets, pillows, and blankets.Bathroom: Will provide shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap and other toiletries in case you forget yours.Outdoor/Misc: A few board games are provided, 2 camping chairs, outdoor lights, a small grill and a flashlight. You can request additional items such as fishing poles, extra chairs, card table and more. Just let us know your needs. The trailer also has an outdoor shower, speakers and kitchen.RecommendationsFor a beautiful water view plus green space for kids to run around and play that is also very affordable, we recommend Pilot Knoll.Other things to noteRules:

No smoking. No travel beyond 100 miles. No climbing on the roof. Must sweep before pulling the slide in and check that there are no branches or debris on top of the slide. This is to prevent damage to the slide out. Be sure to turn off the gas while traveling.

If that is the case we will let you know in advance when you are making the booking. The farther in advance you book the more likely we can take off of work and deliver at 3. If you're picking up, we can do 3 o clock or earlier pick up times if you would like to get your trip started early. I partially work from home so if you are picking up there is a lot of flexibility.
