This van has everything needed for an excellent time exploring the great outdoors or city. Can park in any standard parking space.... try that with a full size RV. Our National parks have parking and driving restrictions for RV's, but not this van. It has all the creature comforts, excellent gas mileage and the reliability of a Toyota. Oh I'm also AWD(ALL Wheel Drive) which came in handy during the last early snow storm. Keep it simple and enjoy the great outdoors today.-Air conditioning front and rear
