2019, perfect condition. Kitchen area with 2 burner gas grill, sink, and storage area. Basic kitchen utensils provided.
Shower/toilet area is tight, but functional. Outdoor shower with hot water is more space is required. Dining area with table, plenty of space to play games and grab a bite. This area converts to an RV queen bed space. Mattress pad included with your stay. Pillow, blankets, sheets can be added if needed for a small fee.
Alde radiant heating system provides hot water and a warm environment if in the high country. AC unit for hot days.
If you need entertainment, there is a small TV with a DVD player, surround sound like system, can also Bluetooth your phone.
If desired, for a small fee, you can extend your square feet and add the tent attachment for a screened in area.
Yakima crossbar set up on back of camper to fit your bike rack or any other accessories, let us know you’ll be using it and we have the keys for the crossbar, otherwise, it’s a good drying rack for clothes and towels!
Generator and Solar are not included or offered. Keep these in mind if you are planning to boondock.
7 pin tow hitch in order to hook up to your car required. This feature will also charge the campers battery.

Restricting travel to colder temperature location places during December, January, February. Will rent on possible restrictions during November and March. Damage to pipes or heating system due to traveling to freezing temperature locations without permission will be repaired at renters cost.
Will need to describe experience with towing a trailer or camper. I understand the want to “try before you buy”, but we will only be renting to those with experience in towing and boon-docking (if that is desired). Risk is too great.
Basic kitchen supplies: 1 pot, 2 frying pans, griddle, water kettle, French press, set of 4 tableware set with mugs, basic kitchen utensils, basic cleaning supplies, 1 hot pad, 1 oven mitten, 2 kitchen towels. Swifter and supplies, broom.
Measuring cups and spoons, salt and pepper grinder, can opener, some trash bags to get you started, collapsible strainer and tub,
1 large lantern, 3 small lanterns.

I'd recommend enjoying the local state parks. They are lovely, have plenty to keep you busy. Usually easy to hook up and take down too.

150$ fee if these are not empty when returning. Many camp sites offer dump sites and there are many apps that you can locate and pay a lot less than what I charge to empty these tanks.

Pets welcome, damage to camper by a pet (or a human for that matter) will fall on the renter to replace/repair.
No smoking - cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vape pens, etc
Only willing to rent to people with experience in towing a camper. You don’t have to be an expert, just have had towed something before and know the basics.
***Special care should be taken to not put down glass cover/lid if burners on inside stove are hot still. The glass will shatter and will be replaced by the renters. I’ve been told that you have to replace the entire unit, not just the glass piece, which can be costly. Damage will fall fully on the renter if this happens.
