No smoking/vaping in the rig- smoke odors in return rental will forfeit security deposit Pets limited to dogs- no more than 2- you are responsible for any damage your pets cause during rentals No Festivals Gravel roads and roads into campsites ok, just please exercise caution and good judgement when traversing- any damage from off-roading is subject to deposit forfeiture Rental must be in the USA, no international travel allowed Height of the vehicle is approx 9'6", clearances must be taken into account when entering fast food drive throughs etc Vehicle has 2 seatbelts- it is a violation to carry or transport more passengers than there are seatbelts in the van No towing allowed unless cleared with owner prior to departure Any loss of Keyfobs or remote start will be covered out of the rental deposit or by the renter Any toll charges are the responsibility of the renter Pick up is 3pm- earlier may be able to be arranged depending on schedule. For early pick up $10 an hour is charged. Drop off is 11am, unless discussed and approved otherwise
