Sleeps 5
24 ft. long
- Bike rack and vertical ski rack can be added upon request for a fee.
Recommendations- Summer: Rocky Mountains NP, Dowdy lake, Poudre canyon, Grand lake, Sand Dunes NP- Winter: Go Ski (or Snowboard, we won't judge) !!! A weekend in Breckenridge or a week in Aspen, this is the ideal rig for chasing the white stuff.
Other things to noteIMPORTANT: The vehicle is winterized between NOV-APR. This means there is no running water available for dishes, hands or shower. The restroom can be used adding glycol.-We love dogs, but they sure shed so there's a $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit.- Must be returned with same amount of gas, propane and fully dumped. $100 dump fee we be charged if not fully dumped before returning and $25 service fee plus cost of gasoline and propane if not full on return.

5My brother and I took a 22 day fishing trip through Colorado in California Dreamin’ so we got to know it pretty well. This is a very good off-grid RV. Francisco and Max were very personable and easy to deal with. They answered all our questions and have put a lot of effort into making the RV perform well. BATTERY POWER - The owner has just fitted it with two new high-capacity Lithium batteries that provide all the electric power you need as long as you drive for an hour or so every few days or stop at an RV Park and connect to an electrical hookup for charging now and then. There’s a good capacity inverter to power your AC appliances, not counting the air conditioner which requires an external electrical hookup, for several days. PROPANE POWER - The RV has a large 16 gallon propane tank which powers the refrigerator if you want, stove, hot water heater, and RV heater very nicely. We mostly let the refrigerator run off propane since it seemed to use it more efficiently than electricity. The refrigerator has good storage capacity and stays VERY cold. For 22 days and nights we ran most of the RV’s systems on propane, including heat at night, and still only used 12.75 gallons of propane, less than one tank full! DRIVABILITY - The RV is very easy to drive and the Ford Transit engine has plenty of power to take you up the mountains. The 10 speed automatic transmission is easy to manually downshift when driving down hill to keep your brakes from overheating. Overall we got about 16 mpg. While it’s an AWD RV there isn’t the ground clearance needed for off-roading. Wet or dry groomed gravel or dirt roads like the ones you find in Colorado parks are generally no problem, just watch your ground clearance! LIVABILITY - It’s a pretty comfortable RV. One of us slept in the rear bed while the other slept in the convertible table bed. The rear bed is definitely the better deal. The small kitchen area works well, the separate shower is handy, and the toilet is pretty great! Sorry, but it matters! There’s a very nice exterior awning when we needed some shade. If you overnight in an RV park every several days to dump tanks, take on fresh water, do laundry, and food shop you can stay off-grid indefinitely. Add a Starlink setup, which we did, and you start thinking about how to extend your vacation time.
