This 2023 Airstream Basecamp X is a spectacular way to experience camping in Colorado wilderness with enough creature comforts to make it enjoyable for all four seasons of adventure, but unique in a way that only Airstreams offer! Great for dry camping--it has three mounted Solar Panels, a 23-gallon fresh water tank, 23 gal gray/black tank--and all the hookups for RV sites; water hookup, electric hookup for air conditioning, Panoramic 180-degree window views, refrigerator and freezer, gas stove cooktop, microwave, sink, bathroom including a shower (as well as an outdoor shower) an enormous bed, dining table that can convert to a second bed, and loads of storage. On-demand hot water heater for hot showers, heat for cold nights (both propane and electric) and much more. Two entry/exit doors with insect-proof screens and dual propane tanks. Weighing in at 3,400 pounds, towable with trucks, SUVs, and any other vehicle with proper towing capacity. Please note: it is required that your tow vehicle have a brake controller, if you are using anything other than a truck/SUV with a brake controller, please message me to discuss.Please make sure your vehicle has the proper towing capacity --4,000 lbs, and a 2” hitch receiver (the Trailer has a 2-5/16” coupler), 7 pin plug-in and trailer brake. --When using solar and battery power, you will be able to power the fans, all lights, tghe furnace and refrigerator. --Generator or shore power (an electric plug in at site) will power everything, shore power is required for running the A/C.
