5.0The van drove so smoothly. The backup camera & other safety features were very nice to have. Going to be hard to go camping in a tent again. Great we could stand up tall bring 6ft plus with room to spare! Emily was very available to communicate! Bed was comfy as well. Would definitely recommend to friends or rent again myself!

5.0We had a great time in Emmylou, it served our need very well for a four day camping trip. The van was super clean upon pickup, and the run through was thorough. The appliances were great, having the induction and airfryer oven made every meal fast and easy. My only complaints are that there's no greywater tank, so anytime you use the sink or take a shower, the runoff just goes onto the ground, which isn't very eco-friendly or stealthy when you are in area with people around. Also the hot water in the shower only worked for about a minute then went lukewarm, it wasn't terribly cold, but sucked a bit of power for it to not work for a long time, even after waiting for it to heat up. Overall still a really positive experience and first time renting and definitely a more comfy experience than just traditional tent camping

Does it fit tall people?

YES! I am 5'11" (183cm) and I have plenty of space stand and stretch in the van. I fit in the shower and I have just enough leg room in the driving seat. The bed length is exactly 6 ft (so it feels like a little less when you include a pillow) and I sleep comfortably, just usually at a bit of an angle, personally. I have had couples of all shapes and lengths fit together comfortably. I had a customer who was 6'3" (190cm) who chose to utilize the bench to sleep length-wise.

Is there a toilet?
A.
I have a composting toilet available as an "add on". You must read the details and agree to the $150 fee and expectations for use and return. The fee comes out of the security deposit upon your return.

What about gas and toll roads?
A.
The renter is responsible for gas (87-octane gasoline or above) and toll road costs. The van will be given to renter(s) with a full tank of gas and it should be returned with a full tank. If you use toll roads, please report this to me. If I receive a toll statement in the mail after the period where I am allowed to collect charges through the platform, I will be in touch to receive a refund for the cost.
