Carlos provided thorough walkthroughs, answered questions patiently, and handled drop-off/pick-up smoothly for most. However, one guest experienced unresponsiveness, dismissive attitude for malfunctions, and another had a same-day cancellation.

5.0I want to highly recommend this camper and Carlos. From the very beginning I had what felt like a million questions before I even decided to rent, and he answered every single one without hesitation. His customer service was on another level. That same kindness and patience continued all the way through the trip. When he dropped the camper off, he took his time walking me through everything and made sure I felt confident and comfortable before he left. The camper itself was amazing and so cozy. It was light, clean, and the perfect fit for my daughter, my nephew, my dog, and me. We felt right at home. I had such a great experience and would absolutely rent from him again with zero hesitation.

1.0The mattress is terrible. Feels like you’re sleeping on plywood. The door had a broken dead bolt that would move towards the locked position each time the door was opened until eventually it would lock you out of the camper. I had to climb through the window 3 times to access the camper. The 3rd time I had to take the latch apart and remove the deadbolt to open the door. He said he knew about that. The refrigerator malfunctioned. It would only work while the generator was on. We lost half our food overnight. The battery would not take a charge and had to deal with no power at night. I described all of the issues to Carlos and his response was… well it’s a rental sooo you know to bad. He didn’t answer my call when I called about the lock issue and did not offer any discount. We cut our trip short. He didn’t offer a refund for returning the camper early or for all of the issues. Very poor customer service and his response was even worse. I would never rent from Carlos again. What a joke
