A comfortable dinette that easily converts to a third double bed. It includes tons of storage. Great cooking space inside as well as an outside kitchen. A large refrigerator inside (gas and electric) and a small outside (electric only). Comfortable shower inside and a fun one outside. Water heater on gas and electric, air- condition and gas furnace and many more. It has a lot of post purchase home made improvement such as custom wooden dining table, custom covers for the dinette seats etc.
