The perfect camper for your family. This bunkhouse camper with full bath uses space efficiently to pack a lot of amenities into a small space. This camper is in mint condition and well stocked for an easy and comfortable camping trip. The 420W solar system allows for dry camping when power isn't available.
Camper includes two bunk beds and the dinette converts to a queen bed. The camper comes stocked with an air mattress to make the queen bed more comfortable. The slide-out kitchen includes refrigerator-freezer, convection oven-microwave, and 3-burner stove top. (Items stocked in the kitchen are noted below). Outdoor refrigerator adds extra space for carrying additional food or drink. The bathroom includes full shower/tub, sink, and toilet. Entertainment package including TV, DVD, and stereo system included. Outlets and USB ports throughout the camper.
The exterior of the camper is equipped with outdoor table, gas stove, 12' awning, porch lights, and exterior speaker. Two bikes can be carried easily on the hitch-mount bike rack that can be included upon request.

Vehicle Requirements:
- 2” receiver with 7-pin trailer connector (WDH hitch w/ lock provided)
- Tow Vehicle with towing capacity of at least 4,000lbs, and 420lbs tongue weight.
- Brake controller is integrated into the trailer. No brake controller is required on your vehicle. If you do have a brake controller the integrated controller will disable itself allowing the tow vehicle controller to manage braking.

We are the Larkins--two parents, two kids, and one happy puppy. This camper is our family adventure vehicle. It's been the perfect way to keep our two tween/teen kids engaged and outside during these pandemic months. We started camping with a camper after renting a camper for support during an ultra-marathon several years ago. Having a stocked and ready to roll camper gets us outside more. We're excited to share that with you.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are willing to work with you to arrange pick-up and drop-off times that work for your schedule and ours. We'll take time to make sure you're comfortable with the camper before you depart.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The trailer is setup for 30Amp - 120V service commonly available at most camp sites. We do include an adapter for plugging into a standard 15-20A wall receptacle.
If there isn't a water connection at the site you can fill up the 33 gal. fresh water tank.
The gray water and black water are separate tanks with separate outlet ports. If you are at a campsite with sewer you will have to choose which to connect, either black or gray.
Q.What type of solar power is provided?
A.
The trailer is equipped with a 420W solar system and a 100Ahr lithium battery. An additional 100W portable panel is also available. With the exception of the AC, microwave and outside fridge, the camper is fully functional with solar power and LP gas. The 100Ah battery supplies enough power to conservatively power the camper for 48 hours with little to no sun.
Q.How far can I take the camper?
A.
We would like to keep the travel to within a 400 mile radius of Durham, NC.
