This 31 foot RV has one large slide-out and lots of extras: skylight, full shower, porcelain toilet, and a queen sized bed in rear bedroom. Couch folds out to another bed that will fit 2 adults. Kitchen table will convert to bed as well. Above cab bed will hold 350 lb weight. (all-in-all will sleep 6 - 8). There are 7 seatbelts
All the beautiful wood cabinets are an upgrade. New tires, batteries, and a backup camera. This RV really looks like it’s never been used. Lots of features and storage. Kitchen includes 3-burner gas stove and oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer (switches to electric or gas); sink with additional fold-up prep counter space; large pantry. 9.4 gallon propane tank. 13500 BTU airconditioner; 30000 BTU central heat. 4000 Watt internal gas generator for dry docking. 2 new coach batteries running in parallel. Electic Awning and electric step, hydraulic levelers make set up easy.
