A Few Happy Camper Rules
1. Treat it like your own home.
Please take care of the RV, furniture, appliances, and supplies as if they were yours. Accidents happen, but please let us know right away if something breaks or spills.
2. Keep it clean and cozy.
Please tidy up before checkout, throw away trash, wipe down counters, and leave dishes clean. This helps us keep the RV fresh and welcoming for the next family.
3. No smoking or vaping inside.
To keep the RV smelling clean and comfortable, smoking and vaping are not allowed inside.
4. Please use the stocked items kindly.
Cooking essentials, dishes, utensils, cookware, and basic toiletries are included for your convenience. Please use what you need and leave the rest for the next happy campers.
5. Be gentle with the plumbing.
RV plumbing is sensitive. Only RV-safe toilet paper should be flushed. Please do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, food, or trash.
6. Keep food and drinks in safe places.
Please avoid spills on beds, couches, and carpets. We want the RV to stay fresh, clean, and comfy.
7. Pets must be approved first.
We love furry friends, but pets must be approved before your trip. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them.
8. Respect quiet hours.
Please be kind to campground neighbors and follow all campground quiet-hour rules.
9. No climbing on the roof.
For safety and to protect the RV, guests are not allowed on the roof.
10. Lock up when you leave.
Please make sure doors, windows, awnings, and storage compartments are closed and secured before leaving the campsite or before bad weather.
11. Awning care matters.
Please bring the awning in at night, when you leave, or if it gets windy or stormy. Awnings can be damaged quickly by unexpected weather.
12. Enjoy every minute!
Relax, laugh, explore, and make memories. We hope this RV feels like your home away from home. Let us know if anything needs attention. We hope you have the best trip!
