2021 KZ Sportsman bunkhouse with master bedroom that has an upgraded residential mattress (not the hard uncomfortable standard mattress). Sleeps up to 7 comfortably, TV, toilet, shower, hot water, large kitchen sink, extra size refrigerator/freezer, gas stove with oven and microwave. Has two large bunks in the rear, rear bathroom, sink and shower, power awning, LED awning lights, ducted heat and air conditioning, indoor and outdoor speakers for stereo system, 30/50 amp electric hookup, and an outdoor light. RV has large water tanks for your primitive camping and a generator available for $10.00 a day. We will transport, park, set up and demonstrate operation, delivery/pickup. charges are $2.60 per mile (one way mileage charge) from Eau Claire. If you choose to transport you need to have an adequate vehicle that meets the towing capabilities with a brake controller in your vehicle and provide proof of tow vehicle insurance. I do have an equalizer hitch that can be used. Must be 25 years old to rent this vehicle. Well behaved pets are welcome as they are a part of our family too! Smoke free R.V. Camper weighs only 4,800 pounds and can be pulled by most half ton trucks and SUV's.
