Grand Design's website claims it can sleep 7-8, but realistically, it can sleep 5 adults comfortably.The thoughtful design and quality construction make for effortless functionality and unique storage. It's also 4-season rated with insulated walls, ceilings, and floor, so winter camping is available.We lovingly care for this camper and keep it very clean and stocked with all the necessities. We believe nice furnishings add to its comfort, but we are careful not to leave it feeling cluttered.This camper is stored at our house, and we can assist with hookup. We had a great trip! Phil was a great host and was very communicative & responsive every step of the way. We had the RV delivered to our camping site and he took care of all of the set up and take down for us. All of the amenities provided in the RV were perfect! He’s literally thought of every detail. We would definitely rent from Phil again! Thanks again, Phil!

The camper was great. Outfitted well, great layout, and everything in excellent working order. Host was easy to coordinate with and flexible with pick up and drop off.

We had a great camping experience. He was flexible with our pick up and return times. The camper is well maintained and very comfortable. All of the items included in the camper came in handy and decreased the number of things we needed to bring along (camping chairs, grilling/s’more forks, camp griddle, bedding, dog tie out etc).
