Sleeps up to 10! Almost new condition throughout!
This is a spacious 31' Class C motorhome with 2 large slides. It has a rare but practical layout with 2 single bunks in addition to the queen bed in the rear, double bed above the cab, double fold out couch bed and short double bed converted from the dining table. The bunks are great for kids (and adults) and allow you to keep the sofa and/or dining table as is without having to convert back and forth every morning and night.
There are seat belts for 7 people with one of the seatbelt locations also having a top latch for a car seat. Surprisingly spacious bathroom with a larger shower. Microwave, oven, stove, and standard 3 way fridge. This unit has the winter use package which means insulated underside and heated holding tanks. It has A/C with multiple ducted ceiling vents. The A/C will only work on 30A AC power or when the optional rental generator is running. The A/C will not work on 15Amp power.For your planning purposes, the unit gets about 8.5-9mpg and a full tank of gas will go 700-750kmWhat's includedPots, pans, cooking utensils

Booking with Evan was fantastic. He was very communicative and polite. The RV was very nice and clean. Inside the RV everything worked and was maintained very well. Almost all the equipment was provided whatever you need for a camping trip. Really enjoyed our trip. I would highly recommend booking with Evan.
