Hello and welcome! Are you dreaming of long summer nights by the campfire with your kids? Wanting to unplug, unwind and reconnect? Our excellent condition, original owner- Keystone Bullet UltraLite 272BHS 30ft camping trailer is available for rental and is perfect for big families or people who want to have a bit of room to relax! She can be towed by a half-ton truck!Comes fully stocked, with reusable dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, cups, hotdog/marshmallow roasting sticks, board games/cards, baseball gloves, frisbee, balls, camping chairs, outdoor table- hopefully everything you need! Just bring your clothes, food, drinks - and paper plates/cups if you'd rather not wash dishes!We have almost never cooked inside this unit, instead, we usually use a folding table under the awning where the toaster, coffee machine, outdoor stove, and BBQ can sit for your convenience- this is all included.This unit works best if she's parked on a full-service site with 30 amp power and water hookups! But she can be filled with water so all the facilities work and she can run on just electric, or propane and battery too!Details: Sleeps up to 10 according to specs - maybe 6 regular-sized adults and 4 kids, or 4 adults and 6 kids! Rear bunks are both double beds, the dinette and sofa both convert to doubles, the master bed is a queen. There is room for a playpen/bassinette when the slide is out. I will provide a clean towel, clean sheet and pillow in a clean case for each mattress/person- this is included in the cleaning fee. Sleeping bags can be provided for 10$ cleaning fee per bag.Appliances- A/C, Forced air furnace, hot water heater, three burner stove, small oven, microwave, full/decent sized fridge with freezer. Built-in stereo/tv unit*.Electric awning with LED lighting.

- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. I include clean sheets for all beds, a stack of towels based on numbers of campers, dish towels and cleaning rags.
