Our family invites yours to enjoy this comfortable and modern trailer with room for 9 including up to 4 adults! Or if you’re a family of 5 like us and just appreciate the extra space for those potential rainy days, it’s all good! We are dog friendly.

This trailer has a large queen size walk around bed, double bunk beds (250 lb weight limit on top bunk), four person dinette that converts to a double bed, and a loveseat that folds down to sleep two little ones.

There is a 3 range stove, oven, microwave, and oversized sink. There is a private bathroom with toilet in the rear with a separate shower with a bathtub for the little ones, and the lavatory is outside the bathroom. Entertainment is available with outside and inside speakers on a CD/radio/auxiliary input stereo system, and a power awning with outside lights to keep the good times going.

Included are the use of pillows, blankets, linen, pots and pans, toilet paper, dishes, and cutlery, camping chairs, camp grill (Coleman type fuel tanks not included), and weight distributing hitch with sway control. Please have a vehicle that can tow at least 6000 lb with an adequate payload for the trailer plus anyone traveling in your vehicle and a trailer brake controller, or use our convenient delivery service!

Two batteries should provide 2-4 days of power for lights, furnace, water pump, and stereo if you're at a site without power. Using the A/C, microwave, and plugs will require shore power or a generator (not available). There is a 40 gallon fresh water tank and 34 gallon grey and black water tanks each. One full tank of propane is included for 6 night or longer rentals, minimum half tank otherwise. If additional propane is required, please choose propane prepayment option. During the warm months, propane is used for cooking and the refrigerator when camping without power.
