Rusty, the 2019 Adventurer

GOLDEN RULE:
- “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”.
- Please treat Rusty (the RV) as if it were your own.

PROHIBITED:
- smoking, vaping, or burning of incense (inside or outside RV near open windows)
- leaving children unattended in the RV
- climbing on roof
- towing
- boondocking / dry camping (unless it was previously discussed and approved by the owner)
- pets are not allowed at this time. Violations will result to a $500 penalty fee.

SECURITY / SAFETY
- keep RV doors / storage locked when in transit or unattended
- turn off the propane tank, water heater, water pump, fridge, A/C, and furnace while driving.
- make sure the awning and manual step are retracted before driving off.

RETURN RV CLEAN/FULL*
- remove personal items/food
- wash and dry dishes/cookware, return to storage
- gather dirty linens/washcloths, place near door
- dispose of trash
- replenish fuel to capacity (gas only; propane use is free)
- empty grey and black tanks

*The Rust Bucket RVentures deep cleans/disinfects between each rental, that includes vacuuming, mopping, cleaning of refrigerator/freezer, shower, surface cleaning and disinfecting. We also make sure to wash the exterior prior to every rental.

Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the RV. Violation will result in an extra cleaning fee of $300.
Please return Rusty (the motorhome) in the same condition / shape that it was in, ie full tank of gas, propane, black /grey tanks emptied, and clean.
Additional Fees deducted from security deposit (plus 2.95% CC processing fee):
$300 if not returned clean, or in the same condition when you took it;
$75 if grey and black tanks not emptied;
$2.5/L of gas needed to fill tank if not returned full;
Actual cost to replace / repair or insurance deductible if applicable for any damage to the awning from driving, misuse, wind, weather while in possession of the RV;
Non-compliance with travel restrictions (full security deposit forfeited).
Actual cost to replace / repair for any lost or damaged items / contents (ie cabinets, drawers, toilet, shower, power cords, surge protector, lost keys, battery booster, beddings, etc.) that were lost / missing / damaged upon return of the motorhome.
Insurance deductible or actual cost to replace or repair for appliances (ie AC, refrigerator, gas stove, hot water tank, batteries, etc. ) that were damaged or lost in the motorhome.
In the event that a glass chip occurs to the windshield, the renter is encouraged to have a chip repair performed by a professional glass company. Should it need to be replaced, the renter is responsible for the replacement cost or insurance deductible.
Late fees - $50/ hour up to full day’s rate if dropped off 8 hours late from agreed drop off time.
