Owner and van were great!

Overall a good camper van. The engine has been very reliable (for more than 2k kilometers) and the bed was comfy. It was really an awesome experience. Traveling in a van is surely the best way to experience Alberta! It's just a bit disappointing that the heater wasn't working well when the nights were colder. The windshield was also leaking when raining and we had to buy a new a/c adaptor since some of the accessories provided didn't work (which was refunded by the owner). As for the owner, Amanda, she did answer when we asked questions, but we kind of felt that we were bothering her, as she was a bit dry in her answers. To learn how to use the van, she referred us a lot to a manual she wrote and videos she made, but it wasn't always super clear for newcomers in the van world like us. We were surprised when she told us that we wouldn't meet her at all, but she arrived just before we left (although she wasn't there when we brought back the van). Overall a very good experience for our first time with Outdoorsy. We simply would have wished to have a better contact with the owner, as the whole process felt a tad dehumanized.
