- Security deposit: $675.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $101.25. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing inside the unit prior to each rental. It also includes setting up the camp site with table and chairs, outdoor rug, and hooking up the electric and hoses.

The rig was perfect for our needs. Everything we needed to hook up at camp was there and easy to find. There was a nice supply of dishware, trash bags, cleaning stuff, etc. The trailer was just the right size/layout for our family: myself, my wife, two kids, and our dog. The electric awning and interior/exterior sound system made hanging out during the day easy and fun. The heater worked nicely, and we were able to have a movie night on the couch inside. There was even a supply of games and children's toys that kept our little ones busy. We had a terrific weekend. Andrew was very accommodating. His communication before, during, and after couldn't have been better.
