2006 Mercedes sprinter
Our rig is a pass through van with walkable access from the front to the back making it ideal for on location parties/tailgating. This van features a wood floor laminate that is both elegant and waterproof, and a beautiful white wall urban/contemporary design that is both comforting and inviting. Driftwood with air plants and fairy lights round off the decor.
What's includedFresh linens are always provided for a nice night's rest. The cabinets to the side of the twin bed drawbridge down and expands sleeping to a full/queen. The van comes with a small fold out table, indoor stove/oven and seperate mobile burner stove, chairs, military cot, as well as a Wise Owl hammock with anchor points for your lazy day enjoyment. The floor to ceiling pantry has all the cooking essentials and always comes stocked with smore supplies and utensils. Pots/cast iron pans/kettle are also provided. If you fancy, we include a manual coffee grinder, and Gator pour over coffee maker. Great for camping in the redwoods or local campgrounds of the bay area! Perfect for a trip to Bodega Bay for fresh oysters and camping by the coastline or deep into Kings Canyon National Park for some redwood forest exploration! Other things to noteShes not brand new but she will get you where you need to go. Easy on the gas pedal. Shes got power and is amazing on gas mileage, but no need to floor it! Shes also not much to see on the outside... but shes elegant, spacious, practical, clean, and most importantly functional! Your furries are welcome! You'll have a great time with her!

I'm a big outdoorsy (pun intended) kinda guy. Forest, desert, mountain, ocean.... all of the above! I love traveling and hosting. Im an avid rock climber and big fan of cooking while on the road! And this van definitely is packed with everything needed to quench my adventurous spirit! I want to share that experience with you! Take ol' Betsy out for a long weekend getaway. I had a fantastic experience. Arthur is an amazing, diligent, imperturbable host. His comprehensive orientation goes over everything you need to know, backed up by the "why" for the reasoning/rules which I always appreciate. You can tell he really, really cares about making sure you have a great experience, it shines in the wonderful little details from the camp chairs to the hot cocoa to the hammock. I definitely overpacked because I didn't expect a van kitchen to include measuring spoons and a strainer, but it did. The bed is super comfy for a good night sleep, and also great for relaxing and reading in some down time. It's clear that Arthur put a lot of thought and made many exact measurements in order to make so many aspects of life fit so well into the space of a van, especially with the spacious feel that Betsy has. He even asks for feedback so he can make things even better. That'd be pretty hard, though. In short Arthur is great, Betsy is fabulous, and Duckie is fun, five stars all around.

Such an amazing experience renting from Arthur! He was so prompt, thoughtful, and thorough! His orientation process was great and the van was rented with everything we possibly needed. We would love renting from him anytime- and he has awesome restaurant recommendations to boot (try Imm Thai if you’re in Berkeley)!

Renting Betsy (the van) from Arthur was an exceptionally pleasant experience. I appreciated how dialed in Betsy was and how clearly labeled the controls were for things like the water pump. I had a wonderful time visiting many longtime friends in Santa Rosa, Santa Cruz, and Vallejo, as well as a couple nights at hot springs. Arthur is a special person and cares about the experience his renters have. Also… I am tall (6’3”) and the bed was super comfy and plenty big.

This was our first experience using Outdoorsy and renting a van in general and Arthur and his awesome Sprinter made it one of the most memorable trips we've ever had! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our excursion down the coast, and was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. The van was very clean, the custom layout is very well designed, and above all, it was comfortable and well stocked for our 4 day trip! I would definitely rent again and highly recommend renting with Arthur and his Sprinter!

I had the pleasure of renting Arthur's Mercedes Sprinter this May, 2022. It was my first experience doing #VanLife and he was very friendly and thorough going every single detail to make sure I have the best road trip experience. He provided many suggestions around my route and where to park/sleep safely. He was very patient and responsive to my questions even during weekend. The van is fully stocked with all essential items such as blankets, duvets, cookwares, eating utensils, and cleaning supplies. I like everything about the van such as the digital rear view mirror, moonroof, string light, van insulation system, large storage space, etc. I can tell that he puts a lot of heart and soul designing the van, and making sure his guests (or VanLifers) have the best experience and memory. I'd definitely rent from him again. Thanks for the wonderful experience Arthur! 🚙 🌴 🏔
