Wen was a Fantastic host, very responsive and He made pick up, and delivery very easy. I would like to mention that the RV is a little bit of a "beater"...The A.C. in the cab doesn't always blow as it should, plus some of the blinds in the RV were broken, and the awning was in pretty bad shape, but This didn't concern Me, but it may concern others...overall I found the RV to be a positive experience

Wen was very flexible with both pick-up and drop-off times, which we really appreciated. We had to bring our own bedding and kitchen items, but the listing clearly stated that these were not included. The beds were comfortable, and everything inside the RV worked as expected. Overall, it was a great experience. I would rent from Wen again. Thank you!

It was extremely, extremely dirty. The RV was not cleaned at all, neither outside nor inside. There was a lot of dust everywhere, sand under the mattresses, and large dust buildup on the interior AC unit. The main mattress smelled like urine. I understand that families with children may use the RV, but you cannot rent out a mattress that smells like urine. The RV was completely empty. There were only two rolls of toilet paper and nothing else — absolutely no basic supplies. The vehicle’s air conditioner was not working. There was no cold air at all. This is not our first RV trip, and I know how it should function.

It got us there and back, but this RV is very rundown. The toilet wasn’t flushing, the sink was leaking and missing a part of the pipe, the seats are torn up, and many drawers and other attachments are not secured properly. It really struggled up hills. It was not particularly clean when we got it and has a musty, old smell. It’s hard to believe this vehicle is only six years old. Also be aware that you will need to provide EVERYthing - right down to the hand soap and a dish sponge, and it will cost $225+ to fill up the gas tank. I recommend tent camping at a fraction of the cost instead. Wen was very nice and flexible with timing, which we greatly appreciated. Also, the Outdoorsy app had a lot of information about the rental that was not available on the web which I wasn’t aware of until the day of the booking when I downloaded it. This includes mileage limits and generator hours. The app’s UX was really bad and difficult to use, which made getting the RV a long, awkward process.
