No smoking allowed. If smoke smell is detected inside the camper, a $500 fine will be withheld from the security deposit to have the RV professionally cleaned. If camper is returned excessively dirty, there will be $100 withheld from your security deposit to use to deep clean the unit. If any damaged inside the camper are visibly from any pets, there will be up to $500 withheld from your security deposit depending on the amount the damage costs to fix. If any of the non-disposable items in the camper are not returned or returned damaged, the security deposit will be withheld for the price of the items. Excluding deliveries (unless specified), the black and grey tanks must be emptied prior to the unit being returned. A fee of $50 will be withheld from security deposit if the tanks must be emptied by us. If there are any fees for delivery including getting into a campsite or dumping fees, they must be paid or reimbursed by the renter. If not, it will be taken out the security deposit. If the tanks are not emptied in time and they overfill causing any flood damage to the camper, the entire $500 deposit will be taken to fix any damage caused. If there are any purchases made on the tv, the owner must be reimbursed, or it will be taken out of the security deposit. If there are any damages to the camper that are the renter’s fault, the entire deposit or partial deposit will be taken depending on how much damage there is.
