We will set up and give an overview of everything you need to know to camp smoothly!We do charge a one time pet fee due to longer amount of time needed to clean due to pet hair. We also have a generator that we rent with the camper if needed. It is $40 per day and comes with a full tank of gas. It is the renters responsibility to provide any gas needed besides that and to return with a full tank.Other things to notePets allowed with fee
No smoking allowed
No smoking allowed. If a smoke smell is detected inside the camper, a $500 fine will be withheld from the security deposit to have the RV professionally cleaned.
If there are any damages to the camper that are the renter’s fault, the entire deposit or partial deposit will be taken depending on how much damage there is.
If any of the non-disposable items in the camper are not returned or returned damaged, the security deposit will be withheld for the price of the items.
If any damage inside the camper are visible from any pets, there will be up to $500 withheld from your security deposit depending on the amount the damage costs to fix.
If camper is returned excessively dirty, there will be $100 withheld from your security deposit to use to deep clean the unit.
