• No off-road travel. Trailer must remain on paved or maintained campground/access roads. No beaches, trails, rough roads, or locations that could damage the trailer.
• Know your clearance. Our trailer is approximately 11 ft tall. Watch carefully for low branches, structures, fuel-station canopies, bridges, and campground obstacles.
• Allow extra space. A 30’ trailer requires considerably more room for turning, stopping, backing up, and changing lanes.
• Pre-trip check required. Before moving, confirm the hitch, safety chains, breakaway cable, electrical connection, brakes, tires, lights, doors, windows, steps, stabilizers, slide and awning are secured.
• Never tow with the slide or awning extended.
• No roof access. Guests may not climb onto the trailer roof.
• Weather matters. Avoid towing during unsafe high winds, severe storms, snow/ice, or other hazardous conditions.
• Report problems immediately. If you notice unusual handling, warning lights, tire issues, damage, or mechanical problems, safely pull over and contact us before continuing.
When in doubt, stop and ask. We’d much rather help than have you risk your family, tow vehicle, or trailer.
• Your safety and the protection of our trailer are our top priorities. Please follow these guidelines when towing:
• Approved tow vehicle required. Vehicle must have adequate towing and payload capacity, a compatible hitch, 7-pin connector, and functioning trailer brake controller.
• Approved drivers only. Only verified/approved drivers listed on the rental may tow the trailer.
• Stay in permitted lanes. Follow all state and local towing/lane restrictions.
